Becoming a client is a very fast and simple process

What does it take to become a client?

There are two (2) forms that every new tanner must complete before tanning: a release form and a skin type determination form.  If the client is under the age of 18, than an additional parental consent form must also be completed.

Where can I receive the necessary forms?

There are two options: The forms can either be received in person at Australian Sun Tanning Salon or they can be downloaded below in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
